Warranty and Return

At Leonard Woodcraft, every piece of furniture is crafted with passion and attention to quality. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To that end, we offer a clear and fair warranty and return policy.

Manufacturing warranty

We guarantee our furniture against manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery.

This guarantee covers:

  • Structural defects resulting from manufacturing.

  • Problems related to assemblies or materials used.

Exclusions:

  • Normal wear and tear and damage caused by improper use.

  • Natural variations in wood (cracks, color) due to environmental factors such as humidity or temperature changes.

  • Damage caused by unsuitable cleaning products.

In the event of a defect covered by the warranty, we will assess the situation and propose either a repair or a replacement of the furniture concerned.

Return policy

For standard (non-custom) furniture, you can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery if it doesn't meet your expectations. To be eligible, the furniture must be in its original condition, with no damage or signs of use.

Return conditions:

  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of a proven defect.

  • Initial delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • Custom or personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.

Custom orders

For all custom orders, a 50% deposit is required to begin production. This deposit is non-refundable once work has begun. All custom creations are considered final sales.

Return procedure

  1. Contact us at info@leonardwoodcraft.com, specifying the reason for your request.

  2. Attach photos of the furniture and proof of purchase to facilitate the processing of your request.

  3. After validation of your request, we will tell you how to return it.

Maintenance and precautions

To preserve the quality and longevity of your furniture:

  • Maintain a stable indoor humidity level (between 45% and 60%).

  • Avoid direct exposure to heat sources or prolonged sunlight.

  • Clean with a soft, damp cloth, without using harsh chemicals.

  • Use coasters and protectors to preserve the surface.

By following these recommendations, you will contribute to the sustainability of your unique piece.
