Whether you are in Quebec or elsewhere in Canada, I ensure that your new creation arrives in perfect condition, ready to enhance your space.
Delivery in Quebec

Free delivery: I offer free delivery within a 50 km radius of Saint-Hippolyte.
 
- 
Personal delivery: For deliveries within a 300 km radius, I personally handle the delivery. Fees are adjusted according to the size of the piece, distance, and destination. During these deliveries, I always include installation to ensure that your furniture is perfectly set up.
 
- 
Carrier delivery: For longer distances or depending on the project’s requirements, I use recognized and accessible carriers according to your region. These carriers are selected for their reliability and ability to handle large and delicate pieces.
 
Delivery across Canada
I also offer delivery of my creations throughout the country. Fees are determined by the chosen carrier and vary according to the size and weight of the piece.

Express delivery options: If you need fast delivery, let me know. If the carrier offers this option, I will make the necessary arrangements to meet your needs.
 
Installation and assembly

For deliveries that I personally handle, installation is always included. I make sure your furniture is properly installed and ready for use.

For deliveries carried out by carriers, a detailed installation guide is included with each package. If you have any questions or need assistance, I am always available to help.
 
Secure packaging
Each piece of furniture is carefully packaged to ensure optimal protection during transport. Whether delivered by me or by a carrier, the packaging is designed to preserve the quality and integrity of the piece.
Pickup at the workshop
If you prefer, you can also pick up your order directly at my workshop in Saint-Hippolyte, by appointment.
Insurance and damage management

Personal deliveries: I guarantee a damage-free delivery. If a problem occurs despite precautions, I will take care of the repair or replacement if necessary.

Carrier deliveries: I use reliable and recognized transport services to ensure the safety of the furniture. Insurance is always included to cover any potential damage. If an issue arises, I will assist you in managing the claim with the carrier.
